What's in my Europe skincare bag

Your skin can change while travelling, for several reasons including; dryness from air-conditioning on flights and buses, rapid change in climate, stress, and change in diet and alcohol intake. I will be putting my skin through all of the above, so ensuring I take the right skin care was vital in packing for this trip!
When it came to skin care, I had many products in rotation which I had to narrow down to a few. In selecting what products I take on holidays, I follow a few guidelines:
1) Travel friendly packaging and size - I try and avoid glass packaging, for obvious reasons, and instead opt for plastic. Packaging size is also something to be considered, with travel sizes or samples being ideal, depending on how long the trip is for.
2) Tried and trusted products - It's a product I've used for a while or previously and know I can rely on.
3) Predicting potential needs - Is my skin going to be drier, oilier, sunburnt? It pays to be prepared to ensure your skin is healthy and looks great in the travel snaps!
The key to holiday skincare is of course, sun protection. I'll be keeping my face SPF in my makeup bag as a reminder to put it on daily. You can see what else is in my travel makeup bag on my blog post here.
Moisturiser - For under makeup I'll be using the Weleda Day Cream. This isn't pictured above as I include it in my makeup kit. It's light, but hyrdating, so ideal for under makeup.
Makeup remover - Whilst makeup wipes are convenient for travel, I find they never remove everything. I'll be using the Avene Cleaneance Micellar Water for removing makeup, and also clarifying and cleansing the skin. To go along with this I've also packed some cotton pads (the best are from Target by the way, $2!). Although pictured is the original bottle, I've transferred it to a smaller, more travel friendly bottle for the trip.
Cleanser - On the daily I use the Philosophy Purity Gel Cleanser, however I have a HUGE tube, so I've transferred it to a travel bottle from Sephora. This also acts as a makeup remover, and removes eye makeup well without irritating the eyes. I'll also be taking the Jurlique Age Defining Refining Refining Exfoliator. For body cleanser I have this cute sample size of the Soap and Glory Clean on Me.
Serum - To maintain hydration I'll continue to use the derma e Hydrating Serum, which is a staple in my skin care routine.
Masks - For when my skin is particularly troubled, I've come prepared with the; Origins Clear Improvement charcoal mask, which is great for clarifying, and also the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask, which is an in flight staple for surviving the air conditioning.
Acne treatment - To maintain a blemish free (or, attempt to) I'll be using the Avène Triacnéal Expert as . If a spot does pop up, I've come prepared with the Eve Lom Dynaspot, which came highly recommended by the Mecca girls. I would usually use the Mario Bedescu Drying Lotion, but as the solution can't be shaked, it unfortunately isn't appropriate for travel. Dynaspot is essentially a premixed, cream version of the Drying Lotion.
Face oil - A good face oil revives dull and tired skin like no other, so I purchased the small size of the Josie Maran Light Argan Oil for this trip. Oil is also great for treating sunburn.
Body - The skin on the rest of the body is equally as important of the face, so to keep that hydrated I'll be using the Body Shop Body Butter in Moringa scent. This is my go to holiday body butter scent, and so every time I smell it, I am reminded of wonderful overseas holidays. I figure I'd keep that tradition going with this trip. To give my skin that European glow I have the Jergens Natural Glow for gradual tanning. As I always wear SPF on my face, to match my face colour to my body I have the Clarins booster drops, which when added to a moisturiser gives the face colour.
Hair - Although it's not skincare, I needed to give an honourable mention to the Klorane Dry Shampoo. It is gentle yet effective, doesn't leave my hair with build up or feeling extra dry. I've actually packed a backup of this in case I can't find it overseas.
